Does anyone know about the quest Runaway Spirits? I found it at the Quest Menu, then Find Quests, it's at the end of the list. I didn't find the NPC. Thanks
I'm not sure what that quest is, but I'll guess it has something to do with the pet that you can get by collecting the 5(?) spirit pets and combining them. You can get the spirit pets from scrolls you get from opening the chaos chests around the Highlands. These scrolls activate a hidden pool of pet souls somewhere in the Highlands on the realm that they are opened. Be careful not to open the scroll while Kaetina is active or it will do nothing. Kaetina hangs around the camp near the arena in the highlands on a single realm, so you will have to hop realms to see if she's around. Be careful, fly, she's mean!
