Fissure Quest: Didot

Didot can be found in the fissure instance: Tomb of Glory.

You need to get an outside quest to speak to him. The quest can be gotten just outside the instance from Putila, a female dwarf NPC in Towerpush Town. Once you find Putila, click on her and accept the Missing Groom quest.

As with all fissure npc quests, if the npc is in that particular fissure, you will be able to find him immediately. Didot is not hidden, he is on the main level beside an altar.
