Harvest Festival
You can take this quest once per day from the Harvest Festival Envoy during the Harvest Festival. Completing 7 of the quests will earn you the title Devout Mourner.
The material you need can be found by looking at the ribbon - ignore the quest text, it's sometimes wrong/misleading - as in the case of the golden lily. None of the quests require the actual golden lily botany item. Right click on the ribbon once you have all 3 of the needed items to create the memorial bouquet.
Place the bouquet at the foot of the memorial and deliver the completed quest to the envoy.
