Game Access Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble accessing the game or events that are active, try the following:

• Use Arc bypass to get in. Arc is riddled with things that do not play well with a lot of computers.
• Update the game via Arc update, or go directly to the updater in the game folder on your computer.
• Verify your client.
• Clear your cache.
• Use "run as administrator" when logging in.
• Restart your computer.
• Uninstall Arc and reinstall.
• Uninstall game and reinstall.
• Uninstall Arc and Game and reinstall Arc and game.
• Check your firewalls.
• Delete all your in-game map markers.
