Since it is such a short time, it is best to be ready to go at 17:30.
Go to the Rose Queen in the Abyss and get her Sigil of Bond quest.
You will see a blue message come up in your lower chat box.
And you should see a sigil buff in your bar.
Find your party. You need one that got "I" in their blue text, one that got "Right" in their blue text, and one that got "One" in their blue text. Get into a party, make the "I" person lead and have them talk to the Queen again.
Each of the party members will get a quest to retrieve an item. Hit the link and grab the item you find there. Bring it back to the group.
The leader gets the other two items from their party members via trade.
The leader will get a quest asking them to fuse the items. Fuse the items by right clicking the item you retrieved.
The leader will receive a Bond By Fate Certificate that they need to give to the Queen. Once they do, the whole party gets their rewards.
The reward you get is 1 dedication, soul power, and a random thing. Mostly you just get 1000 ode to guardian pts, but on occasion, you get the item below.
Tips: you can find people to complete your party by asking in world chat. If your buff runs out, you can abandon the the quest and take it again up until 18:00.
