There are special stones that only go into your rings and necklace that you can make by buying the agents from Jane Morningstar.
Skycrystals offer extra heal affect
Chromoshards offer you slower wrath decrease (you will hold your wrath longer)
Stormstones offer extra PVE intensity
To make the stones, just have the gems in your bag and get the agent from Jane.
Right-click the agent and you will get the stone. Pretty easy. These pve stones can be combined just like regular gems with the regular fusion agents.
The agents, no matter the level are 1g each (trade gold). I've done
the math and it's cheaper to make level 3 pve stones and make them lv4
using the regular agents than it is making the lv4 gems and them turning
them into the lv4 pve stones.
To make 4 lv4 gems costs 60g. to make these into a level 4 pve stone is 1 gold. Total of 61g.
To make 4 lv3 pve stones is 4g. Then to make them a lv4 pve stone is 15g. Total of 20g.
That's pretty big savings.
And
to make those lv4 pve stones into a lv5 costs the agent you get from
starlights - so pretty much free. Five lv4 pve stones at 20g is 1d, so
each lv5 pve gem will cost you 1d if you make them into pve stones from
your lv3 gems.

Advanced Nightmare Carnival Achievements
I just found an achievement for ANC I didn't know about so I thought I'd do a post about ANC achieves!
Here's the new one I found:
I noticed that I had all but the lv60 one. So I figured it was something I had done a few times, and guessed that it was probably talking about the ANC gifts that Porudock sells for the coins.
Yep!
Buy and open each of these gift to complete the achieve!
In the instance there are several achievements that you can get.
1st Room: Get the chess piece to the destination in the amount of moves that the npc calls out to get Chess Master/Precise Planning
2nd Room: Get -100 pts to receive Color Blind/Got the Blues
3rd Room: Kill 7 correct monsters in a row in a round to get Sharp Shooter/7 Kill, No Mistakes
4th Room: Make it to Oiram in 30 seconds or less to get Speed Jumper/Super Oiram
[for the lols, Oiram is Mario spelled backwards, so this is really Super Mario!]

LCS Achievements and Titles
Little known fact that Iruli, one of the npcs on the LCS Daybreaker, has a titles and achieves for learning the skills that she sells. There is a trick to it so make sure to follow the steps exactly.
As you battle on the LCS, you will get courage points for each mob and boss killed. The amount that you get depends partly on the points that the mobs reward, partly on how fast you kill the boss, and partly on how many deaths you have had (more deaths = less points, and all deaths in the party count). You can keep track of the courage that you earned via a meter that pops up on your screen when the instance starts.
Iruli is one of the three npcs on the ship. She has the shop for the skills.
She sells two sets of skills: Melodies and Grimoires. Melodies is the hardest achievement here to complete, so we'll start with the Grimoires.
The Grimoires take less courage to complete at a time, so these are good to do when you don't have the 4793 courage necessary to complete the Melodies.
You don't have to learn all the Grimoire sets in one instance, which also makes these easier than the Melodies. You can learn a row at a time and work on them each time you get an LCS.
You want to make sure that you have 3 spaces open in your bag. Buy the three skills of the grimoire that you want to learn. Make sure that they are in your bag in order! You must learn each of the skills in a set in the order they are (left to right) in the shop menu.
If the last boss is killed, it is very important that you get each of the three in your bag FIRST, make sure they are in order, and then click them to learn them IN ORDER as fast as you can click. Once the last boss is killed, the buff from each level only lasts less than a second, so if you don't learn the next one before the buff from the previous one is gone, you can't learn the next skill - it will tell you that you don't meet the requirements. You can avoid this by learning them while you are still battling things since the buff will remain until the boss is dead.
However, if you have not learned your melodies yet, and it's looking like you might reach the necessary 4793 courage to learn the melodies, you may want to wait to see.
The melodies consist of three sets: Attack, Defense, and Life. To get the achieve, you must learn all three sets in one instance run. Each of the sets costs a little different, but in total, you need 4793 courage to buy them all. (*9/14/18 uodate: Powdy says that you actually only need to buy the very last of each set and use them to get this achieve, so give it a try! -- I did try this and it does let you use the last one. The total points needed for those is 974 for attack, 584 for defense, and 389 for life - 1947 )
I highly recommend that you learn them a whole set at a time so that you don't lose track of what you've already learned and what you still need to learn. Just like the grimoires, if you learn them while the battle is still on, the previous buff remains - AND if you wait until the final boss is killed, you have less than a second to learn the next level of each set.
For both the grimoires and melodies, it doesn't matter which set you learn first, you just need to learn the skills in each set in order.

Inferno Kill Quests
mavip4n from Lionheart was kind enough to share this guide in the Forsaken World forum and develichious2 was kind enough to add the title information.
[Although I have it linked, I am copying it here to make it easier to find and in case anything happens to the original thread.]

Cowardice Ghost
This quest in the Order Highlands opens up a daily quest to tell the fairy a fairy tale for 4 war god coins (400 war god pts total).
The mobs in the dungeon hit hard, so use your soul force trinket. Going up and down the stairs to the dungeon is tricky, just remember there is a turn in the stairs. Some people were having trouble getting the "investigate" parts of the quest to clear. Sometimes just hanging out in the area for 30 secs does it, sometimes you have to move all over the place in the area it should complete to get the quest to complete. Hopefully this video will help!
BTW - once you complete this quest, she will have a daily quest starting the following day for the 400 war god :)

Investigate the Dungeon Entrance
This one gave me a bit of trouble. Here's how I got mine to complete, and this worked for some other people too.
Get the quest from the fairy outside the castle. Fly into the castle and look for the stairwell behind the throne. Fly down the stairwell (it turns to the right) and look for the entrance at the bottom. Fly your mount into the doorframe and wait 30-60 secs.
Also, they ask you to investigate the throne. The spot you need is right in front of the throne at floor level, not throne level. I believe you can stay in your flying mount for this.
TIP: When it asks you to kill the mobs in the dungeon, fly all the way to the back of the dungeon. Get extra soul force orbs ready. Land, run into the mobs, and hit your sf. Recharge your sf as fast as you can with the orbs, and sf again. This should give you the amount you need. Run to the back wall before they respawn. Get back in your flying mount and fly out.
You can use a double sf attack for the Undead Lieutenant as well.
