Bottom of the Base
On very rare occasions, when you fall in guild base, you can actually hit the bottom and stay. Here is a screenshot of Bazil's first trip to the bottom of the base.

Game Access Troubleshooting
If you are having trouble accessing the game or events that are active, try the following:
- Use Arc bypass to get in. Arc is riddled with things that do not play well with a lot of computers.
- Update the game via Arc update, or go directly to the updater in the game folder on your computer.
- Verify your client.
- Clear your cache.
- Use "run as administrator" when logging in.
- Restart your computer.
- Uninstall Arc and reinstall.
- Uninstall game and reinstall.
- Uninstall Arc and Game and reinstall Arc and game.
- Check your firewalls.
- Delete all your in-game map markers.

Still not
getting orbs - Completely close all your clients (Including Arc and
Steam) and re open and try again. This is a caching issue and closing
them clears any and all cached data.
Players missing orbs from previous days - We're working on getting them to you guys as promised. Just dont expect them to come in while the event is still live unfortunately. We'll have to address it afterwards to prevent any "Double Dipping"
Hope that helps
Where is arc's cache stored? So we can make sure it is clearing the cache.
Nevermind found it.
Arc > tmp
FW folder > cache
Close client/arc, clear both folders, login with arc. Bypass didn't work till I logged in with arc once.
edit:
I had to clear the arc tmp folder a few times while logging in all my toons. Did one account with arc logged in and one account via the bypass, didn't matter either way; still had to clear arc's tmp folder a few times to get all my toons done.

Guide Quests
The way that the guide quests are issued has changed - again >.> Some of the quests are received automatically, some are received directly from npcs, and some come from the the guide scroll in the lower right corner of the screen above the map.
Shortly after the main quest line brings you to Nightfall Citadel, you will get a series of guide quests that will give you soul leaves and improve your character.
One of the first stops is Henry. Finish his request of 5 Henries, then he sends you to Rachel. She gives you the basic soul catching skill.
She gives you a quest to talk to Ammy, who gives you a quest to talk to Alexander who asks you to join a guild.
After that you meet with Obiazulu and receive the following quests:
After you complete the basic instance (which completes via party menu or manual), you will be asked to become a god envoy.
After you talk to the envoy, she tells you to go talk to the king to get your shining miracle. Which I could actually do even at level 85! Not sure when you can start picking these up.
The mastery/resistance quest has been drastically simplified. Once you reach 40, you are given a guide quest to talk to Hugh Sutherland who just tells you that you are ready to break the limits and hands you 8 resistance pts. The character menu should pop-open at this point to indicate how to get at the new onboard mastery/resistance menu.
At level 45, you are allowed to do pet journeys. Just keep looking in your pet menu to see if the Journey button has appeared next to your pet. The journey menu will not open until there is a pet in it, so you will need to journey a pet. (It is recommended to buy the second slot for 10g - money well spent!).
Sometime around 45-50 you are asked to go see Whitney about fusion gems.
Flying doesn't start until level 55 now :/
The soul power quest is now gotten automatically when you reach 60. You will once again be asked to go speak to Hugh Sutherland. And you will need to talk to King Claudius to start your soul power quest to open your soul power tree.
Level 60:
The dual soul power tree quest can be gotten from Rodgers, on the East side of the big fountain in the square, after you complete the lv60 soul power gate.
Once you get past your level 70 gate in the soul power tree, you will be able to set a patron god to receive the new prayer gifts.
At level 70, you will get a quest for Hero's Fate Challenge. This is to complete Henry's daily challenge (which may only complete doing the Expert version, which means you may have to wait until you are 90 :(
Control training of pets doesn't start until 85!

Augmentation
Fluxes give you a chance to add another re-identifiable attribute line to a piece of gear. The flux will state on it what it will augment. It will tell you if it is for the feet, head, weapon, etc; if it is for blue or purple gear; and what level gear it will work on.
Only certain armorers know how to augment. The one in the market does augment gear.
Talk to the armorer and choose Gear Augmentation to open the augmenting menu. Put the flux and the gear into the augment menu boxes and click the button.
You only get a small chance at success. If you do succeed, you will see a new "Added Attribute" (the attributes that you can re-id) on your gear. Whenever you re-id, this will re-id as well.
I have not tried to upgrade an augmented piece of gear, but have been told that these augments do stay when you do gear upgrades; unlike reforges - which do not.
You can get a guaranteed augmentation with a dragon scale refiner. The first augment is 100% and does not require a blessing.
Additional augments using the dragon scale are possible after blessing the gear with a Shylia's Fortune.
Additional augments are not at 100%. You can get these Shylia' Fortunes from orbs, AH, and from Second Otis for trading ToF or from the Treasure hunter for dumplings.

Updating Issues
If you are having update pack corrupted issues, or otherwise cannot update your game when an update is required:
- try rebooting your computer first.
- if rebooting does not work, try patching via the patch.exe in your game folder. I know people who only use this for patching and it works. (you may have to set up a direct connect shortcut - idk since I have never patched this way)
- if neither of that works, try verifying your file (I put this here since the other two take way less time and are more likely to actually work).

Avast! Ate My Pem!
I closed out my clients and restarted my computer today and came back to my pem.exe missing. Avast! gave me a pop-up stating that it had found a problem with the file and hustled it away for my safety.
To get to the Chest that it says that it has locked it up in, right click on one of the 4 boxes, other than the one that says "Quick Scan", below the status box to find "Virus Chest":
Click Virus Chest to change that box into a portal to the chest.
Look in the chest list for the item that you would like to restore: pem.exe
Right click it and choose: Restore and add to exceptions
This will put that file back where Avast! got it from and place that file in it's exception list - supposedly so it will no longer see it as a threat; however, it may not take effect immediately.
You will probably need to restart Avast! to put this change into effect. (I had to restart my computer to restart Avast! and get the change to work).
The restored version of the pem.exe file will be reset to default, so you will have to reset your customizations.
Some have recommended going a step further and just adding the entire Forsaken Word_en folder to the exception list in Avast!
